Easy! As long as the item is unworn and has all it's tags, we'll be happy to return it for free & issue a refund or exchange within 28 calendar days of you receiving it.

Just email returns@exeatweekend.com including the following information: order number, name on the order, email address the order was made with & your request.

Once we get this, we'll send you the free return label.

All qualifying returns will receive a full refund for the items price as listed on our website at the time of purchase.

If you would like a refund, email us returns@exeatweekend.com with name + your order number, and we'll send you a returns label and take it from there.

Once we receive your item, we'll quickly check it over, then be in touch to let you know if your refund is approved. Please allow 5-10 business days for your refund to be processed and another 5-10 days for the bank to post the refund to your account used for the purchase. EXEAT only credits the card used for the purchase to limit the use of stolen credit cards.
