Definitely! As long as the items is unworn, has all its tags and is returned to us within 28 days of purchase, we will be happy to refund the cost of the item as listed on our website at the time of purchase.
If you would like a refund, email us returns@exeatweekend.com with name + your order number, and we'll send you a returns label and take it from there.
Once we receive your item, we'll quickly check it over, then be in touch to let you know if your refund is approved. Please allow 5-10 business days for your refund to be processed and another 5-10 days for the bank to post the refund to your account used for the purchase. EXEAT only credits the card used for the purchase to limit the use of stolen credit cards.
