EXEAT offers standard delivery worldwide via DHL EXPRESS.
We process orders within 1-2 business days after placing the order. Once processed, you will receive an email with your tracking information. It may take up to 24 hours for the tracking information to be updated.
Upon receipt of your payment, orders are ready for dispatch – at the latest – one business day after. Please note orders are not processed or shipped over the weekend or UK holidays
Orders are shipped with DHL Express. For USA & European orders (including UK), please allow 3-5 working days for delivery after placing your order.
For intercontinental orders, please allow 3 to 10 working days.
Delivery times are provided as guidelines only and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization and/or stock availability and/or customs delays.

Unfortunately, once an order is placed, we can no longer make changes, until the item is recieved by you. However, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll see what we can do.

Easy! As long as the item is unworn and has all its tags, we'll be happy to return it for free & issue a refund or exchange within 28 calendar days of you receiving it.
Just email email@example.com including the following information: order number, name on the order, email address the order was made with & your request.
Once we get this, we'll send you the free return label and organise a collection with DHL.
All qualifying returns will receive a full refund for the items price as listed on our website at the time of purchase.
